Sports schedule: twice a day training on ice rink (training focused on individual skills – skating, shooting, leading of the puck, deking, dealing with game situations, matches, individual competitions), special training of goalies, gymnasium, pool, ball games, exercises and games focused on speed, dexterity and agility.
The hockey school is focused on the most effective form of training in which the coach focuses on the individual player’s skills, concentrates on his strengths and weaknesses, thus contributing to the overall development and improvement of the performance growth. Training in groups offers several advantages, contributes to the development of game rivalry and cooperation and helps to create a team spirit.
